For years, folks who love Nancy’s Beer Cheese have told her that she should sell it. Well, here we go. We aren’t quite ready to go full retail, but we wanted to launch this site to get a start. In addition to Nancy’s Beer Cheese, we can also bake some of David’s slightly less famous German Rye Beer Bread or Batesville Sourdough. For now, we can only do local pickup or delivery. For more than 20 years, Nancy’s secret recipe beer cheese has been a staple for our friends and family. Made from Wisconsin cheddar cheese, beer, peppers, onion, garlic, and other spices, her Kentucky-style beer cheese has become a favorite around Batesville. Whether served with pretzels, crackers, or vegetables, its unique combination of smooth cheddar, intense flavors, and heat is addictive. (Beer cheese aficionados will tell you that a beer cheese schmear on your bagel is the perfect way to start your day.)
